The Beautiful Oregon Coast

Here are a few shots of the our ride down the Oregon Coast - I had been looking forward to this part the most and it didn't disappoint - the Land of the Goonies - one of my favourite films!!
I have to admit I have found the stretch much harder than I thought it was going to be - we planned for ten days to ride the 1100km from Newport to San Fran but with 3 days still to ride it is more likely to be 2 weeks....
We bumped into Ron and Loleta from California who were so kind to us the night we arrived into Harrris Beach Campground - they saw what we were about to cook (chilli from a can for the tenth day running) so offered us pizza and beer from a pizzeria in Brookings....superb. They caught up with us on our ride south the next day and Ron helped us film taking a few shots of us as we crossed into California.
